believe and follow [does ur ceo do this?]

i am sitting here watching the colts take on the pats in the afc champ. game. looking at the two qb it reminds me of ceo’s of tech companies and for that matter all ceo’s. look at manning and brady…and tell me it does not remind you of watching steven p jobs giving a keynote? they have the crowds attention as they perform and we live for their every move. there is something to be said about having the smartest person running your compnay but there is something about having that person who maybe is not the smartest person but knows how to get a team of people too believe and follow.

those who can get people to believe and follow are those who change the world. i know it sounds simple but its not at all…just look at the successes rate of qb’s in the nfl as a case study.
